The chain you send from is public: the amount and your sending address are visible there, and to the solver network. The Zcash side stays shielded, and nothing on this route is linked to GhostMarket or to anything you buy here.

Two separate refund paths

Swap fails: NEAR Intents refunds the origin asset to your origin-chain refund address.
Order fails later: GhostMarket refunds in shielded ZEC to the refund address supplied for that order.
